Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Easify, we are committed to providing premium consulting and digital resources. This policy outlines our standards for refunds and cancellations to ensure a transparent relationship with our global community. All billing for our services and products is processed in Indian Rupees (₹).
1. Digital Products
Digital products, including ebooks, guides, templates, and structured learning materials, are deemed 'used' after download or access. Accordingly, these items are generally non-refundable. We may consider refund requests solely in cases of duplicate purchases or proven technical defects that prevent access to the material, provided the request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Consulting and Coaching Services
Our professional advisory and career coaching services rely on dedicated time blocks. You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are eligible for a partial refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or 'no-shows,' are non-refundable. All times are referenced in Asia/Kolkata (IST).
3. Refund Process & Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. For international customers, please note that the final amount received may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates and bank processing fees beyond our control.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage clients to contact team@easifygrowth.com directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without prior communication may result in a permanent suspension of access to our digital platform and future consulting services.
5. No Guarantees of Outcome
Easify provides advisory based on industry expertise; however, professional success depends on individual implementation and market variables. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with specific results or outcomes.
